I specialize in supporting clients navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, trauma, body image concerns, anxiety, and depression. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. Additionally, I'm a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and trained in EMDR.
