I believe in helping you find joy in tough times as well as in good and in creating a comfortable environment for you to process your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will use different therapeutic techniques to help you grow, heal, and even laugh. Working in therapy can be hard, but it can also feel comfortable and enjoyable. My goal is for you to want to come to therapy and to see real change.

Here at Chasing Grace Therapy, we help clients develop healthy coping skills to handle anxiety and depression by using a combination of techniques such as: EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, DBT, ACT, walk and talk therapy and being in nature. Change is hard, but if you are motivated to push through that discomfort, we are here to support you all the way.

I will provide you with tools like workbooks and other resources to enhance your experience and to promote your therapeutic process. I will help you move toward real change and goal achievement. Sometimes that takes hard work and accepting hard truths about ourselves, but I believe that with support and care, everyone can achieve a better life.
