I have experience and a deep interest in working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, as well as those recently diagnosed and managing chronic health conditions. My work focuses on helping clients navigate the emotional and psychological challenges that can arise, providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive. I have experience helping clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and challenges related to emotion regulation.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to meet each client’s unique needs. I have training in TF-CBT, DBT, CBT, and ACT. Additionally, I utilize parts work. I have specialized training in EMDR to help client's process trauma and distressing experiences.
My hope is that each client feels empowered, validated, and equipped to navigate life's challenges with confidence. I am committed to providing a supportive and empowering therapeutic experience that fosters growth, healing, and resilience.
