I believe it's time for self-inquiry. I've worked in client care for 15 years and believe having a stable foundation in mental health is a requirement for functioning with all we are facing. I utilize a fusion of modalities including somatic work, trauma-informed care, psycho-education, and nervous system support. I work with clients to understand their mind, heart, instinctual & physical selves. I offer experiential / attachment focused somatic counseling, and offer virtual as well as office time. I offer EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I also have a women's pelvic health practice and welcome your outreach.
