I work with children from age 3 to early teens to try to help them feel more comfortable, fulfilled or stimulated at school and in related areas. I most often work with children who learn quickly and are feeling frustrated or unchallenged by rote work in the classroom. I am a licensed school psychologist in private practice. My primary focus is gifted or IQ testing for children for AGP programs at school. I also assess other learning concerns with recommendations for improving your child's performance and reducing frustration.
It can sometimes be difficult to know how to keep your child feeling engaged and fulfilled at school. I am happy to answer your questions and provide explanations of testing processes, scores/results, and options that might be available both at school and at home. I strive to provide a comfortable, low-stress atmosphere for you and your child.
