Accepting new clients and offering IFS as a Level 1 trained clinician and Brainspotting. In this space, I hope you will feel understood by someone who is an HSP (highly sensitive person) & has been through various adversities and come out on the other side. I strive to help my clients flourish and navigate through their individual life challenges. I have expertise in the areas of highly sensitive persons, anxiety, depression, relational and developmental trauma, addiction, codependence and LGBTQ+.

We will work together to uncover insight into your past so you can understand your present: ultimately creating a lasting transformation and sustaining hope for your future. Whether you are new to therapy or just seeking a new perspective, I welcome you. My primary approach is Polyvagal Theory, where we will befriend & work w/ our autonomic nervous systems.

I invite in the body, mind and soul with appropriate, gentle shamanic healing techniques, when appropriate.
