My ideal clients are teens, adults, couples, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, identity concerns, and burnout. I especially value supporting culturally diverse communities, first-generation families, and individuals seeking a space where they feel heard and respected. Using evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches, I help clients build coping skills, gain insight, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful, lasting change with support that feels genuine and collaborative.
I provide culturally responsive therapy for teens, adults, couples, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship stress, and life transitions. Using CBT, DBT, strength-based, and solution-focused approaches, I help clients build coping skills, improve communication, and create meaningful change.
Life transitions and past trauma can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted. You do not have to carry it alone. Therapy offers a supportive space to process difficult experiences, rebuild confidence, and move forward with greater clarity and strength. When you are ready, I welcome you to reach out.
