If life feels overwhelming right now, I’m here to offer compassionate support where you feel genuinely heard, respected and supported- working together in a way that is thoughtful, collaborative and effective- where you don’t feel judged or pressured. Meaningful growth and change happens when you feel emotionally supported while gaining clarity, skills, confidence and self-compassion. I use evidence-based treatment approaches (CBT, DBT & others). I tailor therapy to fit each individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. I believe therapy works best when it aligns with you- your values, personality, goals and pace.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025, and bring over 16 years of experience working in mental health. I have extensive experience as a DBT facilitator for individual and group therapy and have completed over 40 hours of DBT training. I am EMDR trained, and currently in the process of completing Gottman training.

Original Path Counseling is excited to announce we are accepting members for our upcoming Fall 2026 Adult DBT group! DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is beneficial for a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, and poor emotional regulation. DBT groups foster skills that help with Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Our DBT group is a 12 week closed group, and a consultation is required. Interested parties may contact our administrative team at 720-735-7444 or reach out through Psychology Today to schedule a consultation. Group start date Monday, 9/14/26.
