I am a clinical therapist, licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina. As a licensed provider, I have worked with individuals for over 20 years during some of their hardest moments. Situations in life can bring many changes and some of those changes can cause uncertainty, stress, feeling overwhelmed, or like you are alone. You no longer have to pretend you're okay when you're NOT okay. The good news is that you realize that you are worthy and deserve support in getting there. My therapeutic approach is eclectic with the use of evidence-based practices to address your concerns. Together, we work to identify the factors that contribute to your stressors and develop effective strategies to work toward mental wellness as we navigate the changes that occur in life.
