Grounded Motherhood beginning September 23rd!
Grounded Motherhood is a six-week led group, nervous-system-informed care for the early years or motherhood. Over the course of the six weeks we will be covering maternal mental health, managing overstimulation, identity issues, parental support and motherhood connection.
