Life can be full of challenges. Whether these challenges include relational, personal, or situational issues, I am here to help. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgemental space where together, we can navigate the challenges of life. My areas of interest include working with teens and adults who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. I feel especially drawn to help those with attachment trauma as it can have a profound impact on the way we relate to others, the choices we make, and our overall well-being. I believe that understanding our past experiences can pave the way for a more fulfilling life.
I am currently obtaining a masters in Mental Health Counseling. I am under direct supervision by Kristy Crabtree. My experience includes working with teens and adults who have had traumatic experiences, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and substance use. My theoretical orientation lies within IFS, CBT and person-centered approaches.
It takes courage to seek help, and I want you to know that you are not alone. Your unique story matters, and I am here to help you navigate it with compassion and understanding. Together we can work towards positive changes in your life that foster empowerment. I look forward to connecting with you and being a part of your healing journey.
