Change begins with nonjudgemental curiosity. I am a good fit for people who feel lost or un-compassed in their life due to codependency (a chronic neglect of the Self) and/or trauma. I work with individuals, couples and families but I have a particular strength in helping women to find their Voice.

Clients often come to therapy feeling stuck in some significant ways. I try to balance providing relief to those stuck areas along with helping clients gain insight into why they may have become stuck in the first place. I help clients to examine the themes of their life. Together we work to change out the maladaptive story for an adaptive one.

I find it an honor to walk with people as they try to heal and grow. I love my work and I give a lot of myself to the therapy process. Collaborating with you is very important to me. I have expertise but you are the expert on you.
