With over 20 years of experience, I love to help my clients explore their stories, learn effective coping skills, and move towards healing. My specialties include anxiety, anger management, depression, grief, life transitions, difficult relationships (including emotional or psychological abuse), and past trauma. I am certified in EMDR through EMDRIA.
