About
One of my favorite quotes to live by, is "Sometimes we are tested not to show our weaknesses, but to discover our strengths." Seeking therapy should NEVER be viewed as a weakness, but rather an opportunity to develop new strengths. My belief is that the therapeutic experience should be authentic, warm, and supportive. I encourage my clients to see the benefit of developing inner strength when seeking to develop new and positive change. I specialize in children, adolescents and adults, as well as families experiencing various life difficulties that may be preventing them from realizing the best version of themselves.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and have been practicing in the field for over 15 yrs. I offer a confidential location, and a safe and comfortable environment in which self exploration, development of inner strength, and in many situations, where true healing can begin. I have experience facilitating individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
I take great pride in being able to build rapport with any individual, and from all backgrounds. I believe in building trusting and supportive relationships throughout the therapeutic experience. Please reach out if you are ready to gain clarity in your life, and believe that you can benefit from support, guidance, and healing through mental health therapy.
