I will work to empower you and to help you become the best and strongest version of yourself. My goal is to walk along side you through this process. We all face challenges in life but sometimes we need someone to support and cheer us on.
I'm eager to work with all populations to bring in techniques from multiple theories that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy as well as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy to help you face anything in your life.
