As well as meeting people where they are and help them rediscover their intrinsic value, worth, and develop self-compassion and self-worth. There are challenges in life that are hard. I will work to empower you and to help you become the best and strongest version of yourself. My goal is to walk along side you through this process. We all face challenges in life but sometimes we need someone to support and cheer us on.
I'm eager to work with children, adolescents and adults and to bring in techniques from multiple theories that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand-Tray Therapy, Art Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy as well as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy to help you face anything in your life.
I believe that my job as a therapist is to support you and help you climb over any barriers put in front of your path. I am ready and willing to meet you where you are. We will climb over those barriers together no matter the size or the challenge. Remember, you are never alone.
