Life can feel heavy sometimes, especially when relationships are strained, emotions are overwhelming, or you’re just trying to figure out who you are and where you’re going. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with couples, families, teens, and young adults, including military families, to help untangle what feels stuck and build stronger, more meaningful connections. Therapy with me is a space to feel seen, understood, and supported, with a little room for laughter along the way.

As an MFT intern, I use attachment-based work and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples, families, young adults, teens, and military couples. We'll explore the deeper emotional needs driving your reactions and the patterns keeping you stuck. Together, we'll create new ways of connecting that feel safe, genuine, and lasting
