Hello and thanks for visiting my counseling profile! I have been in the counseling field for 13 years and through my experiences found my passion lies in building a therapeutic alliance that is supportive, connected and a catalyst to help you accomplish your mental health goals. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I am skilled in working with adolescents as they navigate their unique life stage and develop into young adults. I am skilled in working with adults, helping to foster healthy communication and relationships as well as anxiety, stress management and emotion regulation.
As the therapist my goal is to meet you where you are and work together to build you up; to give you skills and tools to improve your quality of life. I specialize in serving adolescents and families, addressing mental health concerns. I best help people to gain ability to regulate emotions, decrease anxieties and develop healthy coping skills.
I am a big believer in taking change one step at a time. I know change can be challenging and my hope is to work collaboratively with you to identify first steps and make adjustments to lead to the changes you are looking for.
