Hello and thanks for visiting my counseling profile! Through my 15 years of counseling experience I have found my passion lies in building a therapeutic alliance that is supportive, connected and a catalyst to help you accomplish your mental health goals. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I am skilled in working with young adults as they navigate transitional life stages assisting them to develop their identity and healthy habits. I am skilled in working with adults, helping to manage anxiety, stress management and emotion regulation as well as foster healthy communication and relationships.
As the therapist my goal is to meet you where you are and work together to build you up; to give you skills and tools to improve your quality of life. I specialize in serving adolescents and families, addressing mental health concerns. I best help people to gain ability to regulate emotions, decrease anxieties and develop healthy coping skills.
I am a big believer in taking change one step at a time.
