As a dedicated pre-licensed mental health therapist, my mission is to provide compassionate, client-centered care to individuals seeking support and healing. Specializing in perinatal mental health and working as a birthing and postpartum doula has provided so much passion for this field of mental health. I focus on the emotional and psychological well-being of clients during pregnancy and the postpartum period as well as trauma, infertility, loss, transitions, depression and anxiety.
