I work with teens, young adults, and LGBTQ+ clients who want a space where they can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment.

My approach is collaborative and straightforward. We look at what’s getting in your way, build practical coping skills, and strengthen your ability to regulate emotions. I use evidence based methods at a pace that feels manageable and grounded.
