When life feels unmanageable or we are overwhelmed by difficult circumstances, it is often time to seek help from a person who will come alongside to provide understanding, support, and perspective for change. When a family member is struggling we can feel powerless to help. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I serve youth who struggle with following rules, have difficulty focusing, are experiencing anxiety, depression, or stress. I also provide guidance to parents in learning how to best support their adolescents as they face these challenges.

I am passionate about helping teenagers, parents and their families find connection, healing and wholeness. I believe we all want to be heard and validated.

My hope is that in working with you and your family you will be better able to communicate your needs to each other and find solutions that work for your family.
