I work collaboratively with my clients on improving well-being by building psychological flexibility. Clients who most appreciate my approach are those who want to be heard, engaged, and empowered in their therapy journeys. Whether you're struggling to manage stress and anxiety, pull yourself through depression with or without suicidal ideation, reduce the impact of past trauma on your present experience, or improve your relationship with others we can work together to identify the tools you need to feel unstuck and in control.
I offer in-person counseling in Somerville, NJ to ages 10 through adult, as well as telehealth counseling for older teens and adults. I currently work for a nonsectarian nonprofit agency, so counseling requests may result in being paired with another therapist at our agency, with the exception of CAMS requests.
If you are seeking CAMS care, you must be able to affirm that you are not an imminent threat to yourself and commit to attending sessions consistently. Please mention CAMS when requesting treatment so that the request makes it to me for screening.
