Welcome! I am dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges; I enjoy working with various people and the complexities they face, from anxiety, depression, bereavement, suicide ideation, and trauma, to name a few. At times life can be overwhelming, and day-to-day issues can become unmanageable. It takes insight and courage to face adversities and seek help. I respect and understand the importance of earning trust and providing a nonjudgmental atmosphere where individuals can identify barriers, accomplish goals, and bring balance and peace into their lives.

I have a keen understanding of how past traumas, attachments, and subsequent patterns influence a person; I weave this knowledge into my work. I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including mindfulness, polyvagal theory, DBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy, CBT, sand tray, and accelerated resolution therapy.

I understand that people seek therapy for many reasons, and it can be daunting. I believe that mental health is the key to overall wellness; by promoting a sense of hope, connection, and safety, I am dedicated to the client’s comfort in exploring their needs, utilizing their unique strengths, and promoting the body’s intrinsic wisdom and power to heal.
