Accepting new clients. I specialize in helping people navigate life transitions—empty nest, marriage or divorce, loss of a loved one, career change, relocation, or getting "unstuck" in order to move into the next life chapter. I also help people learn to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety and grief, and to understand the root causes of their challenges. As a therapist, professional life & career coach, yoga teacher and writer, I draw from a range of experience and techniques to match the needs of each client. Together we will create a plan to help you feel better and move forward.
I help clients connect with their strengths, understand their challenges, and learn how to help themselves move forward. My therapeutic focus is grounded in mindfulness techniques, awareness of how the body and mind work together, and the neuropsychology behind learning to think and act in more positive and helpful ways.
