About

My ideal clients for therapy are 5-17yrs of age and their parents. I specialize in treating Selective Mutism ( using PCIT-SM), OCD ( with ERP), Tourette’s/tics ( using C-BIT), and other anxIety disorders ( using CBT, DBT, and EMDR) including specific phobias, separation anxiety, generalized anxiety, and social anxiety. In addition, I conduct psychoeducational evaluations, gifted, twice exceptional, ADHD, and learning disorder evaluations. I also help parents who may be struggling with behavioral challenges at home and who are wanting parent coaching or tools to help them be more effective with their children.
My evaluation focus includes assessments for gifted, IEPs, 504's, College Disability Resource Centers (including return to school older students), twice exceptional students, and ADHD. I also conduct diagnosis specific evaluations for referrals and to aid in treatment including Tourette's, Selective Mutism, OCD, Phobias/Anxiety, and Gender Dysphoria.
In regards to therapy, I have a strong foundational approach in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, ERP, and EFT. I am also certified in C-BIT which allows me to help clients with tics and I have specialized training in working with children who have selective mutism.
