I’m a first generation Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been in the Mental Health field for over fifteen years. I have worked in various settings such as schools, non-profit mental health agencies, adolescent treatment centers, and psychiatric hospitals. I have assisted children, teens, and adults through individual and group therapy, crisis counseling, marriage and family therapy.
I offer a warm, culturally sensitive space in the language of your choice (Spanish, English, or Spanglish) to support your healing and growth. I work as a team with my clients where difficult conversations will occur, work on resolving issues, and coming up with a treatment plans that fits your needs.
My passion is to collaborate with you in your healing journey by supporting, encouraging, and empowering you to gain strength, confidence, hope, and a sense of control over your life.
