I’m a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping clients feel safe, grounded, and supported as they work through difficult experiences. My practice focuses on gentle, evidence-based approaches that empower you to reconnect with your strengths, process what’s been overwhelming, and move toward healing.
My ideal clients are people who’ve carried more than they should have had to — those navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship wounds, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands. If you’re someone who’s high-functioning on the outside but exhausted on the inside, someone who feels “too much” or “not enough,” you’re exactly who I’m here for.
In our work together, you can expect clear, compassionate, and down-to-earth communication. I speak in a warm, conversational way — never overly clinical — so you feel like you’re talking to someone who truly gets you. I check in often to ensure you feel safe, supported, and understood, and I’m honest when something feels important to address.
