I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in higher education, sport and exercise psychology, and mindfulness-based care. I have over 10 years of experience supporting college students, student-athletes, and medical students with stress management, performance pressure, career exploration, goal setting, and navigating life transitions such as college, careers, and “adulting.”
I have experience working with teens, couples, and adults struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Work Stress, Trauma, Relationship Issues, ADHD, and Life Transitions. In sessions, I demonstrate a warm rapport, empathy, patience, and acceptance of where the client currently is in a non-judgmental, safe, trusting manner.
