I utilize an in depth, relational approach to facilitate an overall stronger sense of self, focusing on individuals struggling with lack of identity, poor boundaries in relationships, trauma, self sabotaging behaviors, depression, anxiety, and spiritual issues. I also specialize in foster/adoption care and adolescent counseling.
