My approach is tailored to your unique circumstances and individual needs, that trusts and honors your own pacing and goals for therapy. I provide Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a transformative and evidence-based approach that can effectively and gently support a wide range of therapeutic needs. I also offer art therapy and somatic approaches.
