As a dedicated Counselor and Clinical Supervisor of LLPC's, I have a passion to help individuals work through issues and concerns so they can live a healthy and well balanced life. I have a Master of Arts degree (MA) in Counseling Education and a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I have been in private practice for over five years and work with clients to address all personal, social, and emotional needs.
I am dedicated to helping clients develop healthy coping skills to manage thoughts, feelings and behaviors. During the counseling process we will explore problem-solving techniques, develop decision-making skills and collaboratively create cognitive and behavioral plans.
I offer Telemental Health to patients which expands access and puts services within reach of individuals that may not otherwise be able to access it. It saves time and allows an individual to fit counseling into their day, while reducing the stigma. Most of all, individuals will get results while gaining coping skills needed to improve ones well being.
