I work best with adults and teens who feel overwhelmed, stuck in relationship patterns, or trying to better understand and define themselves. Many are navigating identity questions, attachment wounds, or communication struggles. I especially enjoy working with young adult cisgender men in their late 20s, women longing for greater self-expression, inner peace, and to feel truly seen, and teens who want to feel understood and safe to be themselves. I bring lived experience with identity, family systems, and sexuality. I offer a free 30-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
My approach is collaborative and grounded. I integrate attachment-based, Solution-Focused, DBT, and Emotionally Focused techniques to help clients regulate emotions, communicate directly, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Clients have described me as steady, genuine, authentic, quirky, and funny. Therapy with me is real and human.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or caught in the same patterns, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy offers space to sort through what feels heavy and begin showing up differently in relationships. Living with ADHD, I understand the complexity of navigating identity and regulation. If that resonates, I’d welcome the chance to connect.
