Facing the great unknown? Depression, anxiety or fear? Have you experienced abuse or trauma? I counsel people ages 18 and up experiencing anxiety, depression, fear, grief, relational issues, mood disorders, addictions, long-term illness, and phase of life problems. This is accomplished from a non-judgmental perspective, going at a pace you set. We can use EMDR techniques to increase helpful internal resources and decrease the intensity of emotions and other material from traumatic situations.

My approach is to encourage and come alongside you through your difficult situation, help you improve your sense of well being, with the ultimate goal of enjoying your life. Hopefully, along the way you will realize and appreciate the potential your uniqueness offers.

I am EMDR Certified and a Consultant in Training through EMDRIA. I have extensive training in therapeutic techniques to address PTSD, Developmental Disorders, and Complex Trauma. Your Christian beliefs can also be incorporated into the sessions.
