The teenage years can be stressful especially in light of the social media and peer pressure. The pandemic is complicating socialization and stunting personal development. I am here to support adolescents and their families through this difficult stage of development, especially during the uncertain times that COVID brought. My goal is to help adolescents become confident, independent and responsible. Individual, group and family counseling can offer major support and relieve stress for the entire family.
I offer Face-time and in person meetings. I am adolescent specialist who connects easily with teenagers. I also am a High School teacher so this keeps me current with adolescent culture.
