Here at Prachar counseling, we help clients develop healthy coping skills to handle anxiety and depression by using a combination of techniques such as: EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, DBT, ACT, walk and talk therapy and being in nature. Change is hard, but if you are motivated to push through that discomfort, we are here to support you all the way.
I will provide you with a workbook and other resources to enhance your telehealth experience and to promote your therapeutic process. I will help you move toward real change and goal achievement. Sometimes that takes hard work and accepting hard truths about ourselves, but I believe that with support and care, everyone can achieve a better life.
