At Straight Paths Counseling, LLC, my mission is to walk with you, and encourage your growth, as you move through the struggles of life. Whether it's feeling anxious, being pulled too thin, experiencing life transitions (marriage, first child, empty nest, new job, divorce, college, etc.), dealing with the emptiness that depression may bring, feeling as if you can barely keep your head above water, struggling in relationships, maintaining a work/life balance, or trying to understand yourself (why you think, feel or behave the way you do), we can work together, moving towards peace, understanding, self-awareness, change, and hope.
With a decade of experience in the mental health field, I offer teenagers, adults, and couples a safe, non-judgmental space to heal. Taking into account your whole person - physically, mentally, and spiritually, your session will be tailored to your unique strengths and needs. Christian Counseling, if desired, is available; all belief systems are welcome!
Reaching out for help can be scary or create an uneasy feeling. Sharing the deepest parts of yourself and the experiences you have had may be hard, especially with a stranger.
