I’m a therapist with 8 years of experience supporting teens and adults with anxiety and OCD. I’m also passionate about supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that each person is the expert on their own life. In our work together, I help clients use their strengths, life experiences, and personal insight to navigate challenges and move toward the kind of life they want to live.
I specialize in narrative therapy, which focuses on helping people explore their personal stories and reconnect with their values and strengths. I also am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). I have additional training in Habit Reversal Therapy and experience with PANS/PANDAS.
I provide individual therapy for ages 11 and older. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, and I welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, body sizes, abilities, races, and religions.
