My name is Alicia Brown, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in central Florida and working with clients statewide via telehealth. My experience spans across various population groups, particularly youth to older adults. In my practice, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and healing. I primarily use a person-centered approach, which means I strive to deeply understand my clients' experiences from their perspective, provide genuine empathy, and consistently value and respect my clients without judgment, regardless of their thoughts, feelings, or actions.
