I am an experiential therapist working in the Boise Treasure Valley who practices in IFS, nature, and adventure-based therapy, as well as somatic, trauma-informed practices. I am passionate about social justice and liberation being at the forefront of healing. I work with a variety of struggles, including mental dis-ease, life transitions, social injustice, queer and trans identity, grief and loss, spiritual transition, and trauma. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental presence from me as we look deeper at life's struggles and notice life's joys. My goal is to create a brave space as you work to heal and grow.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including emotions-focused, internal family systems (IFS), feminist, queer, and existential theory, and experiential modalities. I have a special passion for adventure-based and nature-based therapies, as I have felt my own transformation using this model and witnessed the powerful healing in clients.
I believe we all have the capacity for great healing, change, and growth within us. It is a privilege to come alongside someone as they face their fears, challenges, and past hurts. Therapy is an opportunity to get closer to ourselves, our bodies, our communities, and our world, and is a brave effort! whether done with me or another helper, well done, you.
