I specialize in using evidence-based techniques, including pet therapy and EMDR, to help guide you through your own unique process of healing. With compassionate expertise, I offer a safe space for you to explore and understand your experiences, empowering you to reclaim your life. Whether you’re facing a recent trauma or long-standing wounds, I am here to support you on your journey toward resilience, growth, and renewal.
Other areas that I provide evidence-based treatment for are anxiety and OCD. Additionally, I specialize in helping the LGBTQ+ population explore and navigate their identities in a society that often stigmatizes being your authentic self. I provide gender and sexuality affirming care, welcoming members, family, friends, and allies of the LGBTQ+ community.
