I work with individuals suffering from trauma, chronic pain, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and various life transitions. I utilize Mindfulness-based and Somatic approaches to help clients cultivate mind-body awareness and create emotional well-being. Somatic Experiencing is an approach I use that is very effective in helping people overcome the effects of accumulated, chronic stress.

One of my specialties is working with those who suffer from chronic pain. These individuals often find themselves isolated with their pain. This turning inward can cause other complications to arise, such as depression, anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, and dependency on pain medications. Together we work to unravel the knots, both emotionally and physically.

Email or call me today to set up time for a free consultation to see if I am the right fit for you.
