Girl Talk (support group for middle school girls)
This group will provide a safe and welcoming space for girls to connect with peers, build self-confidence, navigate friendships, manage big emotions, and develop healthy coping skills for the challenges of growing up. Through group discussions, activities, and interactive exercises, participants will have the opportunity to learn, share, and build skills in a supportive environment.
