My focus of counseling is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy while also creating a safe and therapeutic environment. By helping the individual identify the root of their core beliefs and thoughts this allows the individual to alter their perception that has led to unwanted behaviors and outcomes.
I have extensive experience treating individuals with substance use disorders, eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship issues. It is important to me to create a space that allows the individual to explore, process, and create change.
