Life is a journey in which there are times we encounter obstacles, in the form of challenges. These challenges may cause us to struggle with overwhelming and emotionally distressing feelings; such sadness, guilt, helplessness, hopelessness, fear, worry, or anxiousness. Negative thoughts and feelings can lead to distorted thinking patterns, low frustration tolerance or cause us to be judgmental of ourselves; ultimately effecting our mood. Far too often the inability to cope and the shame associated with these feelings causes us to feel as if we are alone. Well, I want you to know that you are not alone.
I specialize in various therapeutic approaches to aid in establishing new ways of thinking, to foster healthy resolution and better lifestyles. I am empathic, compassionate, and dedicated to assisting you in a non-judgmental approach, with finding the balance required to process your situation in a safe and nurturing environment.
