I am Alice Clements, LCADC, Masters level counselor with over 20 years of experience working with victims of substance abuse. I also work with loved ones of those with substance use disorders. I have a holistic approach to addressing trauma resolution, anxiety, stress release and recovery coaching. I believe that focusing on the positive is a powerful tool in addressing any mental health issues. Emphasizing self-care, I work on developing healthy lifestyle habits to overcome emotional roadblocks to happiness and peace of mind.
My main focus is on women's issues, helping to heal from the difficult experience of being addicted, or the family or loved one of an alcoholic or addict. I can help with an understanding of how to let go of old coping skills that were necessary for survival in the past and develop new ways to deal with emotional issues in a more successful way today.
