About
Compassion-focused psychological care is available to you, now. I am committed to strengthening your psychological health, and believe it is a critical part of your overall wellness. As a guardian of your psychological wellness, I listen to you and partner in your care to address psychological and relationship challenges using science-based approaches to therapy that are accessible for your life, and bring about real, lasting change.
I have received specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, couples therapy and compassion-focused therapy. I am driven by a deep curiosity to understand what works to cultivate stability, resilience, well-being and human flourishing. I am an adjunct professor at my alma mater, University of Chicago, where I teach evidence-based practice.
I am passionate about utilizing leading edge research on psychology and the brain to improve client outcomes. Combining the latest science with your strengths and preferences will be our starting point. No matter what you're coming to therapy for, I love partnering with clients to create a life of well-being.
