I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Supervisee (LMHC-S) with over 2 years of experience helping teens, young adults, and adults improve their communication skills and heal from the symptoms of anxiety, depression, undeveloped coping skills, low self-esteem, grief, difficult life transitions, academic struggles, chronic stress, substance use, trauma, PTSD, and women's issues.
I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Art Therapy from Lesley University. During sessions, I draw from person-centered, strength-based, humanistic, existential, and positive psychology approaches.
