My therapeutic stance is deeply grounded in Attachment Theory. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and families (EFT and EFFT), Somatic Experiencing, AEDP and Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I'm currently I completing Programs in Sex Therapy at Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapies and Family Constellations.
