My therapeutic stance is trauma informed and deeply grounded in Attachment Theory. I have advanced training in IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, AEDP and Trauma Focused CBT. I'm currently I am certified in Sex Therapy from the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapies, Family Constellations and the Ackerman Institute for the Family.
