Do you need support, education, or hope in creating sexual wholeness? I am a certified sex therapist and work with a broad range of sexual issues, including desire discrepancy, problematic sexual behaviors, LGBTQIA (orientation concerns, transitioning, or parenting), trauma, infidelity, “sexless” marriages, orgasm concerns, ED/premature/delayed ejaculation, polyamory, kink, pornography concerns, or resolving conflict between spirituality and sexuality. I offer individual and couple counseling to help you discover your desired sexual story. I am currently licensed to work with clients in Utah or Idaho.

I work with couples to create emotional connection. If you and your partner are struggling to create the relationship you want, I can help. Lastly, I help individuals working to overcome symptoms of depression and anxiety in finding healing. My goal is to provide a judgement-free space so you can grow into your best self.

In clinical work I most often utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am also available for group presentations and trainings to therapy practices, student groups, and church or community groups on topics such as: Sex Ed for Adults, Sex Therapy Basics, and topics around porn use/betrayal.

Currently taking names for the next group starting in January. This small, in person, group is for women looking for healing around partner’s out of control sexual behaviors-OCSB (i.e. porn or sex addiction). This attachment-based group will provide a safe place to process experiences and build support. Participants will learn more about OCSB, reduce trauma, create values-based and sex-positive agreements, improve communication, and make intentional decisions about relationships. Because group is time limited, participants must commit to all 8 sessions. 1 individual intake session is required to prepare for group ($200).
