I believe that healing is often less about becoming someone new and more about returning to who you've always been beneath the survival, the expectations, and the fear. My work is grounded in the idea that meaningful change happens when we create enough safety to explore ourselves honestly and compassionately. As a queer and trans woman myself, I know what it’s like to exist in contradiction to societal norms, and what it takes to build a life that is meaningful and authentic. That experience informs my practice.
I work with adults, teens and youth navigating questions of identity, relationships, trauma, CPTSD, or self-worth. I aim to help clients disentangle shame from identity, reconnect with their values, and move toward a life that feels more joyful and genuinely their own.
